  • I'm not sure what snaking is, but I hope it doesn't bother your office-mates. Sometimes when I get bored I snack. To avoid this, every time I think about snacking I get up and take a quick walk. Down the hall, just outside, anywhere. It's more refreshing and healthier than snacking. Good luck.
  • eat a gum or keep yourself busy. Play online games or whatever that interests you. Divert your attention so it won't make you feel bored.
  • I am your boss, I would suggest doing some WORK might keep you from being so bored. :-)
