P/Q = R/S where P is less than Q and R is greater than S. Can anyone work out when this is true?

Let x = some number. P = -x Q = x R = x S = -x

Let R = kP then S = kQ R>S so kP>kQ but we know P<Q So k must be negative. So choose any P<Q and negative k. e.g. P=2, Q=3, k=-4, R=-8, S=-12 P=-2, Q=3, k=-5, R=10, S=-15 P=-3, Q=-2, k=-7, R=21, S=14 These are all the possibilities for the signs of P,Q,R and S: ++--, -++-, --++
