If the radio is still under warranty have it repaired professionally. Before doing that, if you care about the CD that is stuck, tell them the CD is stuck in it before agreeing to have the radio repaired/replaced.
Pull out the radio and carefully disconnect all the wires-if you don't know how to do that, look it up on the internet or have a mechanic fix the radio. Once you've removed it (sorry I don't know much about cars, so I cant help you with that) look for any screws on it. Depending on the radio, you may need a less-standard screw (one example would be what's called a "torx" screw-google it and you'll see what I'm talking about- it kind of looks like a comic book "explosion" if that helps at all) If you have removed the radio from the car, but you don't feel comfortable opening it, take the radio itself to a repair shop. If you want to repair the radio itself in addition to getting the disk back, BUT you're not confident you'll be able to fix it, take it in for repairs. If you open it in an attempt to get your disk out, some repair shops may not accept it if they suspect your tampering because they may not want to risk having to undo some yo-yo's mistakes.
Anyway, open up the radio. If the CD mechanism isn't immediately visible, the drive itself may be in a metal casing that is closed with screws, or underneath a circuit board- the latter of which requires a lot of care to avoid causing permanent damage. Of course, if you're just trying to rescue the CD and will simply get a new radio, that doesn't really matter anymore.
Once you've gotten to the CD drive itself, you'll see the spindle (and of course the CD) and whatever mechanics are used to load and eject the CD. If it looks like something is jammed or mis aligned, try to "nudge" it back into position, but don't force it. If you see any screws (make sure to remember which parts go where, and in what order-write it down if neccesary) remove them and the parts they are holding in place, until you are able to remove the CD. Reassemble in reverse order exactly the same way (hopefully you remember how it came apart-of course, if you forcibly removed the CD, the machine probably won't work no matter how you put it back together)
Use your own judgement to decide whether you want to take this on yourself. I am not responsible if you ruin the radio or the CD. I am not a professional repairman, but I have taken a few machines apart before to try and fix them.
Probably best not to poke around yourself. If the car is fairly new or the CD player is a genuine accesory of the car, you should probably get your mechanic to fix it. Otherwise maybe look up the manual or get someone to fix it.
