You missed one, veal (baby beef). I like veal a lot, it is tender and tastes great. Otherwise I like beef & chicken.

For cooking at home I usually stick with poultry (chicken, specifically.) I do, however, love a good steak (beef). Pork is good, but for some reason it's not something I ever really cook myself. I also like lamb on occasion (but I eat it very rarely, and I don't cook it myself either). I don't eat goat or venison.

Beef, as it is a versatile meat. You can stew it, grind it, roast it, sear it, grill it, broil it and make beef jerky too.

Chicken Breast. Beef, because it can be served in many different ways. Pork, I like white meat. Venison Steak.

Beef, it's what's for dinner. I like beef because it seems so versatile and a lot of comfort foods are made out of it, such as meatloaf, burgers, stew, steak, etc. Just no tough meat!
