I should think not, as there is only the consenting *child* involved, and no adults. But it would be an interesting case. What are you up to Trotskiiloons? ;)

You can't be charged with child pornography if it is of yourself I think, like even if a 6 year old did it, if they did it -purely- because they wanted to or whatever, they wouldn't be charged with anything. If for example the childs father encouraged the child to do it (but didn't force) then the father could probably still be charged if he did anything with the photos (sold them, um... 'used' them {eww}, etc) I know in Australia for example, you can be charged just for possessing child porn, even as a single image deep in your computer somewhere, so it's a very touchy subject, and the lines are very vague really. Still, for yourself, you're free to do it, and if you're going to send them to people, just make sure they want to recieve them first lol
