Red Bull is bad for you and your teeth, if I were you I wouldn't drink them at all.

I HATE those things. They are full of basically sugar. I have been involved in sports and weight training all of my life and have always done just great without the "Energy" drinks of today. I really think it's just more crap for them to sell.

There are healthier energy drinks out there.

Dude, I'm not going to pretend to be a doctor but I am a Biochemist (I study the chemicals in the body). When you are still growing you have lots of chemicals that have to be balanced all the time or its messes things up. Be very careful about consuming large amounts of caffeine or other stimulants becuase some studies claim that they affect your growth. Whether this is true or not has not been proven but what if they are right? Hope this helps.

I don't want to go into too much detail here, but Red Bull has been linked to the death of three people in Sweden. It is currently banned in Denmark, Norway, France, Uruguay and Iceland. It has a whole lot of heavy-sounding chemical compounds sometimes found in strong medicines. The British supermarket chain Morrisons refuses to sell RB to customers under the age of 13, so that's food for thought. Look at the Wikipedia article for more detail: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Bull#Health_risks
