How do you think the Swedish 7th Harry Potter book differs (Harry Potter and the Relics of Death) from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?

I've noticed that most of the names in the swedish books are changed and I'm not just talking about names that in english may sound like something you could translate so people from other countries could get the joke. - I think Hogwarts in Swedish (or was it norwegian?) is actually called Galtwort or something like that..so the names differs.
