In the UK the average price for petrol has just hit £5 ($10) per gallon.
lucky. we are averaging over #3.50 a gallon...sigh.
I hope not, we have the cheapest gas in the world less mexico. Everyone needs to put their energy into find alternatives for fossil fuels rather than protesting gas prices. THE BEST ANSWER, PUT EVERY SINGLE SUV IN THIS COUNTRY IN A BIG PILE AND BURN THOSE FUCKERS. BUY A RICE ROCKET OR HYBRID AND SHUT UP.
You lucky ones. In Germany we pay US$7.10 a gallon. And it could rise up to US$8.15 a gallon this summer.

May be the price can sink at times, but in the long range it is rising. And some people are thinking hard about alternatives.
NO,,, We pay 1.18 appox. per litre here in Edmonton Alberta. You do the math to convert to US. gallons.
only if the entire U.S. boycotted for at least 4 days ,they tried it for 1 day May 15th and it drove up the price instead. We have to be united and show them we won't tolerate being ipped off like we are.It would have to be a massive protest for more than just 1 day for it to work
I highly doubt it. If it is, then never below $2.90 again.
Maybe but not likely
i wonder when you ask this if you ever thought you would see it over 4.00 we did in our area once. it is now around 2.16 i think. +5

You're reading Gasoline prices are averaging about $3.25 a gallon in our area. Do you think we'll ever see the price below $3 again?

I know the price has been higher in the UK for years. I wonder when US drivers will wisen up and buy autos that get better mileage.
