I'd make sure the name isn't too old (Rufus, Donald, Barbara) I'd make sure it couldn't be made fun of too easily (Gay, Guy, Rudolph) For a dude, I'd make sure it's not a wuss' name (Colton, Trevor, Anthony, etc.) It also wouldn't be an asshole's name (Justin, Jason, Jeff)
