  • Possibly, he definitely has the political experience and influence to do a competent job with whichever policies he adopts, so the only thing that's really in question are his policies themselves. I myself am put off immediately by his policies on the U.S. and Iraq, refusing to denounce the U.S. and their war as a mistake is definitely something that will come back to bite the U.K. in the arse at some point. I think overall, there won't be much change from the general course that Blair had the country on, just that he'll probably do it with less mess and controversy. Whether that's a good thing or not is really up to the British people to decide though, because less controversy sometimes just means that the goverment is getting away with more.
  • I don't think that he should be PM - he is scottish. I have nothing against scottish people but they have their own parliment so he should apply to be their premier. Our PM should be from either Wales, Norther Ireland or England!!

  • Aww, I like Gordon. I don't know anything about politics. But I like him better than Tony, and he has a nice family, and I thinks he's a generally nice man. But yes, probably not.
