What I do to wake up: 1. a hot shower always works 2. a big cup of caffeine (soda, i dont do the coffee) 3. ride to work with the windows half way down (winter) 4. ride to work with the air on blast (summer) 5. scream very loud..at some point before I start my day.. (gets the blood pumping to the brain) :)

  • Actually I can't honestly say I do anything to wake up. At some point I find myself awake. Then there are choices. Lately I've been sitting with the dog and waiting for the coffee to be ready as a start.

  • I found you don't even need caffeine :) What I do. Set my radio to go off at a defined time eg. 7:00am And i have it to a calm channel, so my waking up is a slow one. I get up with the calm thoughts, and drink 2 small cups of water, then I would do a small arms and legs workout and then do whatever, trust me I just woke up then, and Im feeling awesome. :)

  • Unfortuntely the first thing I have to do is take my meds, if I dont I will not be able to function. Then I drink tea or coffee, then I start breakfast for my son, then I sit on the couch and watch the news waiting for my pills to kick in.
  • take a piss, start the coffee, put a cd in and crank it up, hit the shower and then burn breakfast.
  • wash, dress,clean teeth.take pills and have a drink.
