Confused on which house - a 3 bed town house, kitchen diner on g/f, master bed, living room on 2/f(inc ensuite)& 2 beds and a bathroom on 3/f OR a 4 bed house, kitchen and living room/diner g/f and 4 beds, bath, ensuite?

How well are town homes and condos reselling in your area? Around here, the resale value and time on market for townhomes and condos are not good. So, the single family unit would be better. If you are really opposed to maintaining a yard, the townhome would be better, particulary if you are not planning to sell again for a long time.
