Help answer this question below.

If my neighbors are renting the house out to there doughter and her friends and are having partys all the time and the owner does nothing how can the hoa help me put a stop to this.

    If there are loud parties going on past regular hours then it seems as if it would be a matter for the police not the HOA.

    HOAs are not neighborhood security. They exisist to make sure dues are collected and that common areas are maintained, and that homeowners are following the covenants. I guess if the covenants specifically say parties are not allowed, then they could try to do something.

    Otherwise, call the police and let the police handle it.
