I don't know about repellent, but a glass of red wine will kill them. they can't resist it.

I have been told by a property manager for an ocean front complex, this natural method works very well. Mix one bottle of Wintergreen Oil(1/2oz.)- (available at a health food stores)- with one bottle of Wintergreen Rubbing Alcohol. Then spray the area you are having trouble with- The Mice/Rats- literally will flee the area asap! The scent to them actually makes them feel they are suffocating. Good Luck!

keep all your dry goods in containers and don't leave food out on counter tops, no cat or dog food bowls on the floor, and of course keep your house clean,
