  • Many a time....the earliest one I remember was a song called "She's a Must To Avoid" which I thought was "She's a Match to a Boy." It was the British accent that did it...too difficult for an Aussie chick. LOL
  • my mom thought it was i believe in merrigolds rather than i believe in miracles I thought it was f*** you blind before i learned it was back in black. i was terribly embarassed to find out it wasnt what i thought it was.
  • "I believe in sphericals, you sexy thing" (my wife is a bit of a geek), was her's.
  • the one that comes to my mind right away was the line in Bob Dylans Like a Rolling stone where he says , you re invisible now you got nothing to conceal. for some reason i always heard that as being, you re invincible now,you got nothing to conceal. i suppose that in my mind i was thinking that being absolutly honest and open gave her absolute power.
  • I thought in "come Together" it sang of toe jam football
  • My friend thought for years that Jimi Hendrix said "'scuse me whilst I kiss this guy" when he says "'scuse me whilst I kiss the sky" in Purple Haze.
  • The first number of times I heard the song "The Heat is On" back in the 80's I thought it was "Tahiti Song".
