Well, he would have an umbilical cord to grow and develop in the uterus. Even with cloning you can't grow an entire human in a Petri dish. Or am I missing something?
-
Yes, the clone would still have a belly button, because cloning technology as it stands now still requires the clone to be carried by a female.
-
yes he would. A clone is a fertilized cell which is implanted into the womb of a surrogate, who carries him/her to term and then gives birth. There is an umbilical cord, therefore there is a navel. Or, at least, that is my understanding.

With future tech, I may be able to poop purple and have it smell like rainbow sherbet, but not yet, which is the timeframe for this question, so I say, yes, it is just a human embryo with the donors DNA instead if it's mothers.

he would have everything but at birth,he/she would be as old as the father/mother.for example,if the father is 65 years old,the child at birth would be the same age as his parents.tell your friends SPUNTS is the only person in this world brave enough to say it like it is. in essence, child and parents are the same age.WOW!!!>
