People with the intelligence to select the appropriate category for their questions, perhaps. Otherwise all questions would be in the sub-category Answerbag/Questions.

I do. I try to be as specific as possible. The more sub the category, the fewer questions it contains. Fewer questions mean higher visibility for the questions that are in the subcategories.

I do. I like to get the right category for my question. I mostly use crazy thoughts..I like that one.

I do, I do not ask an inordinate amount of questions but when I do, I do try hard to get it in the correct sub category. Sometimes it is impossible . I wish that we could have some more sub categories because I very often cannot find what I want.
