  • To be totally honest, there isn't one best website cause different sites over different special discounts at different time. My friend always book from Expedia because they have more options to choose from. I would do a little research on this one based on the below list. Again, it really depends on where and when you go to your destination. www.expedia.com pretty same as (www.hotels.com) www.hotwire.com www.priceline.com www.travelocity.com www.travelzoo.com www.orbitz.com www.kayak.com www.southwest.com (I used it when I went to Las Vegas) Ok, those are the most famous ones so I'm pretty sure you'll find something suitable for you. Good luck and have fun! www.farecast.com
  • I check opodo.com and expedia.com first, then I check the web sites of the company your dealiong with (the airline, the hotel, the car rental firm ect) and compare the prices. Also ALLWAYS double check you are booking what you want! 2 weeks ago I checked opodo for flight + hotel from London to New York, the top option was flights + a 5* Hotel for 700 GBP all in, that was imo VERY cheap, so I was about to book it. Clicked the link to take me to the booking page and the hotel sudenly changed to a 1* shared facilities hotel, EVERYTHING else stayed the same. I now refuse to deal with opodo.com except to get an idea of how good a deal is. It also depends on where you are going, the big travel comparison web sites charge the companies that advertise on its sites for doing so, therefore you do not get any "bargain" airlines on them. So if you are flying (for example) London to Oslo, check opodo/expedia ect but the flight price will be for flying with BA or SAS and will prob be around 150 GBP return, where as if you check ryanair.com you could do the same journey for only 30 GBP (I fly this route often so these prices are from my own experience).
  • travelworm.com is good resource, too. They often have THE best Las Vegas deals.
  • I have used these two. Expedia was a little better than kayak. http://www.kayak.com/ http://www.expedia.com/default.asp?ccheck=1&
  • I use sidestep.com sometimes.
