  • Description: Tab, White, Cap Shaped, Scored, Watson over 349 Drug/Strength: Acetaminophen 500 mg, Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5 mg Brand (or equiv.): Vicodin
  • It's hydrocodone 5mg/ acetaminophen 500 mg generic for vicotin, lortab. http://www.pharmer.org/node/773
  • That's a Hydro.
  • generic vicidan 5/500
  • That's the Sherlock Holmes pill #349 he called it Watson after his dear friend.
  • ok. basicly, its a generic form of vicodine. the acetaminophen 500 mg part, is what makes the hydrocondone really work. it is also sold as a street drug. the more acetaminophen, the "higher" you get and for most people in pain, the more it will help them. its a pain killer basicly. but if never have taken it before, try only taking half when you first do it. and i suggest food in your stomach before or after. im studying to become an Rn
  • Actually the acetaminophen is generic tylenol and has no capability to enhance your "high". the quantitiy of hydrocodone is what it really comes down to, and in the case of the Watson 349 5mg pills, they are the lower end of the spectrum. My advice for aspiring recreational users is to either take 4+ 5mgs or get a hold of at least 7.5's or 10's. If you really are seeking an opiate pk popping "high" i suggest percocet or the purest form of OxyContin. And word to the wise: never waste your time with Tylenol 3's. That shits weak.
  • Well, darcie i hope u are never my nurse. Acetaminophen is a pain releiver/ fever reducer. Hydrocodone is opiate based and thats what makes you "high." And its not a pinkiller "basicly" it is a painkiller only. Please choose another career field. Damn.
  • That pill would be Hydrocone/APAP 5/500mg. That means it is part acetametaphin (dont know the spelling) and part hydrocodone (aka vicodin). It is a pain killer.
