I hated cheese when I was younger. You couldnot get it passed my teeth. No way! My very first date with my hubby to be was to a pizza parlor! Poor him! He felt so bad. He assumed that EVERYBODY loved pizza. Well, it took me another 10 years before I'd try it and once I broke the pizza barrier, there was no stopping me. Cheese is everywhere! I eat cheese, I cook with cheese, I invent dishes for new cheeses I find. I have made cheese from our goat's milk.

i live for cheese! when i was doing the vegetarian thing a long time ago, i even craved cheeseburgers - just couldnt stay away from the stuff - i cant have a salad with out cheese - and my cat wont eat any cheese LOL
