Yes, half the time. It's frustrating but who cares. At least I'm getting the same pay, and in some cases, more pay than my peers. It's because I have more seniority. I work for the government. My life outside of work is much more valuable to me.

If those who attempted to look good by lowering the confidence and therefore the abilities of those(others) put the same effort into improving their own selves as they do undercutting others...
