Since he is dead I can't see it achieving anything, and it won't change that he did it, so no.

I don't think he would really care, even if he were alive. I think it is more important to seek justice for the living, at any rate.

If he was guilty of it, why should he be? Pardons are for those wrongly convicted. Anyway, Jim is dead. It hardly matters.
