Isn't it funny? I just finished another post to someone on anziety attacks and here you are. You poor thing. I know how you feel, waiting for the next one. I suffered from them from childhood, but it was only as I approached 40 that anyone actually told me what was going on. But you don't have to be a slave to them. I was taught a method to control them, which I can direct you to. But, I always say, go to the doctor and have yourself thoroughly checked out to make sure that you are, in fact, having panic attacks and not anything else like real heart trouble. Chances are, you will find that you are in good health, and if that is the case, there is a great chance you can be taught to control the attacks without medication. Not 100% but pretty good. To find the method go to my family website (on my profile) and go to the page /panic.htm I have the method I was taught written out there. See how you go. You can contact me by email for encouragement, if you want. Doctors prescribed me Xanax, but I didn't like what it was doing to me and the attacks came back anyway. The non- medication method I was taught got to the root of the attacks and taught me how to head them off before they even start. All the best.
