Lie on your back with your hands close to sides. Now raise your legs about 3 inches off the floor and hold that position for about 30 seconds keeping your back flat and head down. Rest for 10 seconds and the raise your legs to 6 inches from the ground , hold for 30 seconds, and then rest for 10. Now do a foot off the ground, same time intervals. You'll feel it the next day ;)
