Why, Atlanta, of course! If not for the simple reason that it's my hometown, maybe because dr-gonzo likes the idea of New York and Atlanta is a "baby New York" in its own little way. Plus I wouldn't have to spend alot of money to get there ;)

Paris, France. It's a center of the arts and an all around great town, that would give a lot of people a reason to come and something to do in town besides to AB convention, so it would be more likely to have a large turn-out than if you hosted it in say... Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. And plus, it would give me an excuse to make a trip to Paris! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the staff would be providing free air-fare for some of the more "Well Established" ABers though, because I certainly can't afford it.

Portland, Oregon. There's quite a few of us here. My sister even claims shes seen people wearing answerbag T-shirts. But mainly because I wouldn't have to travel in order to attend.

How about Orlando, FL with a week vacation at Disney Land. It's only a 2 1/2 hour drive for me. That's my selfish motive. Who doesn't like the House of Mouse.
