Being judgmental helps us avoid responsibility. After all, if you're wrong, then I'm certainly not to blame. If we are willing to take responsibility for our own feelings, then there is really nothign left to judge in another. So being judgmental avoids feelings and avoids responsibility.

everyone is...but we need to be fair and accurate in our judgements...we make judgements everyday about all kinds of things and making good judgements is an acquired skill...we also need discernment in order to know what we judge... when it comes to judging people the greatest fault we have as judge is ignorance, our own ignorance...better know who or what we're judging if we want a fair and accurate assessment, otherwise don't judge
