Are there any waterproof mobile phones?

After a little research, I can not find any mobile phones that claim to be water proof...but water proof also means that you could leave it under water for as long as you want and it would continue to work... However, there are quite a few that claim to be water resistent...which means they will handle some water for some amount a time. To name a couple... Ericson R250 & R1310 www.sonyericsson.com Nokia 6250 www.nokia.com There are however several companies that offer what they claim to be waterproof mobile phone cases... To name a few... www.wirelessground.com www.scmsemitech.com/news_aquapac.html www.yellowpager.com/waterproof.com Figuring that most people can not talk underwater there should be no need for a water proof phone, so the case should work to be able to protect your phone against the water in the event that it decides to go swimming... I do have a water resistent phone that helps in the event of getting good and wet next to the pool...

have u heard of the Gz-one by casio its shock dust and water proof the millitary "tested" it and say it can go 1 meter under water for 30 minutes and still work fine i have it and i havent gone for that long but i tske it in the shower every day andi put it in a cup of water its still fine google Gz-one to learn more
