I think for sure he did and many times. Also the other American last year was using drugs that were not allowed and will loose his title.

I would like to think he didnt. He regarded himself as one of the most drug tested athletes in the world. He always complied with the authorities and never missed a drug test (even when they knocked on his door as he was rushing to hospital when his wife was in labour) In a sport such as pro cycling its easy to be cynical. However the facts speak for themselves. You also have to remember, Armstrong had nothing to prove when returning to pro cycling (the doctors didnt think he would be able to ride again let alone compete in the grand tours) Armstrong also had an agreement written into his contracts with his sponsers to give back all money if he ever tested positive for a banned substance. He would be broke and he would let down millions of people around the world who he inspires. is that worth improving the chance of winning a bike race???! NO!

I think that every single person in sports does it so no one person has an advantage in doing it.

Given the enormous advantage that doping provides in an endurance sport like cycling, you generally have only two choices: 1) Lance Armstrong is such an incredible physical outlier that he was able to dominate a sport full of talented well-trained athletes who WERE doping... or 2) L.A. was also doping but was better at concealing it than others. I would like to believe option #1, but experience indicates that #2 is more likely.
