That's tough. I say Steve because The Office is my favorite show. Will has just done too much already. Still hilarious though.

As much as I love Steve Carell, I love Will Ferrell because as much as he has done a lot I think he is doing a great job...look at BLADES OF GLORY...who has the guts to dress up in tights and go into a ice skating rink? Besides Jon Heder, who is also hawt and hilariously talented, I think no one. But then again, Steve measures up to Will just as much, but I like Will Ferrell because I mean c'mon he is undoubtedly hawt :D
