No, she's just conniving and jealous. Can't fault her for that. This question is invalid since there weren't any other characters even close to her size that she could have sexual relations with. Not to sound gross but the only way she could get with a man is to give arm-jobs and I don't think that would appeal to her. Like most fairies she was more than likely a virgin yet a tease. Tinkerbell is hot and cute but not slutty. Shes a little sweetheart that just wants Peter to love her as much as she does him. Peter and the Lost Boys and Hook are the only guys we see her with, so we have no ground to call her a slut just because of her body shape and fairy dress. She doesn't wear slut panties, that's for sure!
