When is it appropriate for the guy to give the "first kiss" when dating?

When he drops you off at home on the second date, or whenever you want him to. You could even give the "first kiss".

For me, I kiss only after the first really good date. Otherwise, the girl can get offended etc etc; but i understand where she is coming from.

well...for me, i like for the guy to ask permission first. just to aviod embarassing situations, like giving the CHEEK.
