I send snail mail all the time. People have at least ten times the respect for a real letter than an e-mail.

I don't ever use snail mail unless an important document has to be couriered to somebody. The last time I did this was in relation with my college admission.

I like to send real letters to my friends who live in another countries, because it's always nice to receive a real letter :) I sent 3 letters last week

I'm awaiting a package from Canada - an item bought off of eBay being sent surface mail or better known as 'Snail Mail', 8 weeks on I'm still awaiting.

Just last week ~ I have a friend who lives in England and we still correspond via hand written letters. I also have a great uncle in Floria I keep in touch with via snail mail because he doesn't have access to email.
