Not as much as their old stuff. I have to get used to this new sound. It's mostly the same, but.. it's more upbeat than I'm used to from them. My favorite old Modest Mouse songs: "Cowboy Dan" "Talking Shit about a Pretty Sunset" "Teeth Like God's Shoeshine" "Heart Cooks Brain" "Never Ending Math Equation" "Whenever You Breathe Out, I Breathe In (Positive Negative)" Pretty much the whole Moon and Antarctica album.

yes i do... a lot of people didnt like the new album because it sounds different from their old stuff... of course it does. a group needs to change somewhat in order to stay afloat. mm changed hardcore to make themselves more mainstream before good news, but i believe this album takes them back to their roots a little bit. while i do miss the crappy sound quality of lonesome crowded west, they are still a great band. and the addition of johnny marr has had a very positive effect on the group. getting back to the question. yes i like dashboard. yes i like we were dead. yes i like modest mouse.

Dashboard isn't my favourite Modest Mouse song, but i still like it. Their old stuff was better though.
