  • I would break and ask him to move.
  • He'd be a road-kill...
  • sorry for such a horrible answer
  • I would stop the car and if there wasn't any space for him to get past my car, I'd ask him to try climb over the car. If possible I'd ask him to climb into the car. If that also was't possible, then we could negotiate that either he walked back in front of my car, or I reverse to a point where we could safely pass each other. There would never be a reason to kill an innocent person. I'm not sure why you say that it is a homeless man- why not just a man? Do you think that people would find it more justifiable to run over someone just because he's poor and homeless? Would people value the life of someone who's rich (say if there was a very rich person on that road) more than that of a poor person?
  • 1) I'd stop the car and get out. 2) Tell the man to please move aside and make way 3) If he doesn't respond, I'd drag him and move him. 4) Go in the car. 5) Start the car, and go foward. 6) It doesn't matter if he gets killed. He has been warned and he didn't listen he paid the consequences.
