  • all they really did to me was make me drunk-ish. I would maybe try seratonin or melatonin. Also, during the day you can take Ginseng, B complex, Vitamin E, Astragulus, and Vitamin C which will not only help you sleep, but will help your immune system, thinking process, energy level, and much more. This is more though if you have insomnia quite consistently, as for not being able to sleep every once and a while, you just have to kind of experiment because every person is going to be different.
