Well, I wouldn't say that I'm "In Love" with one. I don't want to find myself a nice little VW Beetle so that the two of us can shack up, have a bunch of freakish little Human/Automobile children, and grow old and rusted out together. No, that would be creepy and sick... Now the VW *Camper Van*, that's a different matter entirely.

Here is a twist to your question. in 2006, a man advertised on ebay for a pink matchbox volkswagen from the year, i believe, was 1967. the man was willing to pay a price for that particular matchbox mint condition pink bug. His ebay request was answered from a man living in Nashville. i believe he owned a toy store, now defunct, and saved a lot of unsold toys. among his souvenirs was this particular matchbox pink bug, in mint condition. the man from Nashville contacted the man from Chicago. they met at a hotel in Nashville. The seller put the toy volkswagen, still in the original package, in the buyers hand. both people were excited. the transaction took place. The price? $1,861.00. You never know what you might have that someone else is looking for. the original 1967 selling price, again i believe, was 49 cents. How about that!

i love vw beetle so much that im planing to buy another one ) - im serious . i own 2000 vw beetle and looking for 04 convertible one once i saw a house with two beetle in the front and i get the idea ( owning two beetle will be proof of my passion to this cute bug ) note : the upcoming bug will be my third vw . nice question btw , :)
