IF you clone an organism naturally, it would be a twin. The scientsist couldn't accidently perform this, because they are very skilled and know a lot about the subject

It wouldn't happen in quite that matter, no, but twins and plants grown from clippings are considered "clones" of eachother.

No. The nucleus of a cell can't just escape the cell, and if it did, where would it find an empty egg cell missing its nucleus? These feats are done in the lab using microscopic glass tubes operated by micro-manipulators. Nothing natural about it. Some reptiles and amphibians can reproduce by parthenogenesis. This is where mothers produce cloned daughter offspring -- no males involved! -- as is often seen in lower animals like insects. Scientists were recently surprised at evidence that Komodo Dragons can do this, too.
