I helped a eldery lady put gas in her car and bring her groceys out to her

Probably hold the door open. I don't do alot of super nice things, like help an old lady across the street or anything, but I'll hold doors open, or something small like that, when I can.

Helped an old gent get his groceries into his car. He said "thanks, you made my day". So cute. He did the same for me.
