In Ann Summers in chelmsford, can anyone under 18 go in and get served most of the items??what rules do they have about kids going in their?

Most of the Ann Summers I've been in will allow anyone of any age into the shop, but they have an area at the back which is designated for Over 18's Only. So you could go in there and buy the underwear or clothes they sell in the front, but you probably wouldn't be allowed to buy porngoraphic material or sex toys (I don't believe there is actually a law about this, it's just company policy).

You can go into a Ann Summers store and purchase the underwear as long as it is the front of the store. The back part of the store does have the under 18S policy . So you will not be able to purchase or look at the products in this section.The acceptions are children under the age of 4 yrs. The store has to follow the indecent desplay act.
