Personality and character are critical, but speaking solely of physical attributes... I look at face (including eyes) and hair first, then health and proportionality. There is a healthy range and not one size that fits all. I hate to focus too much on any one attribute, but as curves go, boobs come first, then butt, then legs. I also like shoulders that are not too broad. My brother comments most on legs. All of this said, I don't think girls should worry about any of these areas overly. You are more than the sum of your boobs, butt, and legs, and I feel bad even talking about them. It warps my sense of values and leads girls to not be themselves. Focus on your smile and sense of worth, and the rest will sort itself out.
