This is sooo simple...especially after today's Car Bombs killed nearly 200 people....get OUR ARMED FORCES OUT OF IRAQ!!!! We have to do it now...who cares if we lost or won this war....the gains DO NOT out weigh the losses! Am I the only one who sees this?

Keeping the poor off the streets, providing shelter, food and drinking water. And whatever is needed. Though alot of money will go into this, but I'm sure it would work out. Also the crime rates will fall down a bit from this.
