I saw this guy who dressed up as a Borg. He looked exactly like the one's on the movie. It was uncanny.

Green paint on body, army uniform, helmet, boots, fake rifle, and attached to his boots were rectangles of cardboard... exactly like a plastic army soldier.

I don't know that it was the best, but I once saw a little boy dressed up as a skunk. That was absolutely adorable.

When I was married, one Halloween my children and step children dressed as the Brady Bunch kids. There were 5 of them so the oldest girl's boyfriend joined them. With 4 boys and 2 girls it fell on my youngest stepson to go as Cindy. He was adorable!

2 years ago i saw the best costume in my opinion. it was the little weird doll from the Saw movies, but it was worn by a little person (a man) and he was on a tricycle! it was soooo scary!! and he had that scary cackle on a speaker that it makes when it laughs! it was so cool and creative!

I went to a halloween party in college where a couple dressed up as a brick and a bricklayer. It was pretty good and didn't cost them anything.
