  • Can't stand spiders - detestable little creatures. In fact, I do not like insects full stop and would be quite happy for them all to drop down dead in the next 5 minutes.
  • I'm very fine with being near a lizard. I have no fear of lizards at all. Now, when it comes to spiders, wasps, bees, ticks, etc., I usually freak out. If I think that there are ticks or spiders in a certain place, such as the wooded area behind my home, I'll refuse to ever step foot in that direction.
  • lizards are neat, but i realy fear spiders and centipeads , worms are nasty and all bugs , so yeah iam with you.
  • Only house centipedes bother me a bit, even though they are very good at keeping indoor spider populations in check. I think it's their freakishly fast speed that 'bugs' me. All these serve their purposes like little machines, and most are actually really interesting and beautiful and since they don't generally bother me I let them be. I never disturb them when they are outside, but if they are inside my house and in large numbers I will remove them out of necessity. I don't believe we have the right to intrude on their outdoor domain, but if they disturb our domains I don't think it is wrong to get rid of them, but as humanely as possible.
  • I'm not. you got to de-wussify your self. I live in south central florida and a week ago I saw one of those harmless black snakes whizzing by me. I live in an urban area. I just looked at it, and went about my day without an after thought. You have to watch out for the brown recluse spiders down here.
  • In the grand scheme, they all serve their purpose. Just don't serve it in my face or sleeping bag! I am willing to live and let live, but I am practical about it where health and sanitation are concerned.
  • I am creeped out and spooked by them -
