Cushing's disease can cause rises in liver enzyme levels. Lethargy is one of the symptoms. My dog Zack has this disease. He takes Anipryl. Here's a link to find out more about this treatable disease. http://tinyurl.com/9yo5h Other than Cushing's, I suppose it could be an indication of a liver disease. I assume you went to a vet and had some blood work done. What did your vet say about it? If your vet can't give you an answer that you find suitable and a course of treatment, I would get a second opinion.

My dog has developed lethargy over the past few days and is not eating as well. She had blood work done today at the Vet and he said her liver enzyme levels were off the charts and is sending the blood out to be tested again. She is only 6 months old and it is making me very nervous. How is your dog doing and do you have any advice for me?

This site offers a fairly understandable write up on Liver disease and understanding the test, which can point to several TREATABLE diseases. It also covers the possible causes for elevated liver enzymes. God Bless you both and I hope this helps you understand the challenges easier. http://www.vin.com/VINDBPub/SearchPB/Proceedings/PR05000/PR00128.htm
