Money's usually a good place to start...second to that, threats will get me going too.

This is a tough question for me. I think what best motivates me is knowing at the end of each task or whatever I'm doing there is always a reward. If I don't like what the reward is or whatever I'm doing the task for I have a hard time doing it and to tell you the truth I probably wont do it.
