If suddenly we all became the same color, same sex (female, of course) and religion do you think the world would become a better.

No it would not be a better place in my opinion. The same colour and religions may be much less contentious, but with only one sex it certainly would not be as interesting or as much fun. With no testosterone for a while i would imagine there may be fewer wars but after a while I would imagine certain of the females may once again become like the Amazonian Warriors and in time we would again have wars about something or the other.
