A short nap has helped me out more times than I can count...usually 20 minutes or less seems to energize me for a while. However, the longer I sleep, the groggier I am when I wake up.

No. I feel even more out of it after I sleep for that short. I call it a power nap. Power hour is doing a shot of beer every minute of an hour as a pregaming game. =)

For me, yes. It seems to help quite a bit if I get a few minutes in the middle of the afternoon. Maybe lunch makes me tired;-)
