yes but i have to get them in the petite section (for short people) because the ones for "normal" height people look like i'm wearing regular pants that are just too short for me.

yes, the capris should come up to at least mid-calf. Make sure you wear a nice sandal with a heel that complements the size of the ankle and gives the appearance of a longer leg.
