Im not speaking to L. my ex girlfriend. Split up three months ago. We went out for three months, and in that time I lived with her. I found her communication strong and overpowering, and this worsened, leading to the end, and further very uncomfortable communication so I have ensured there is no way she can communicate, she knows not where I am as I moved. If I let her communicate, she will project on to me negative stuff so uncomfortably it is not in the interests of my wellbeing to let her.

i am not speaking to a teacher who made inappropriate comments about my body whilst i was suffering from an eating disorder, she was well aware of this fact, and yet still said (in the middle of the corridoor, in front of all my friends who weren't aware of the details) "you need to feed yourself, you are not looking good." in a very harsh tone. obviously, she did nothing for my self confidence and in fact made me worse. well done lady. this was a year ago now, and i still feel hate for that woman.
