    well, lets look at george washington... he did not want to be a leader. he considered the president a servant of the people, and he was not trying to get rich. he was willing to be a leader because he was needed to be.

The leader must be accessible and open to ideas whether he(or she) favors them or not. The leader should have a gregarious and persuasive personality and the ability to interact well with others. The leader should possess moral and ethical integrity.(See why good leaders are hard to come by??)
